It's been a rollercoaster year. Over that time, the mission for me now has become very clear...
This episode, I want to share my story for the last twelve months. Because it's not all sunshine and rainbows. And within it, is the very reason I ended up where I am now as a nutrition & performance coach.
So if you've ever felt like you've lost the reason you got into sport. If you've ever felt like you or anybody else is judging you by the crazy ass standards you've imposed upon yourself. If you've ever wished you could just get back to a good relationship with yourself, your body and your sport. Then grab a coffee, your ear buds, head to the gym, the car, the park, wherever. And listen. Then listen again.
